♥EU customers♥

For EU customers, please visit our Etsy shop instead! 

♥UK customers♥

For UK customers, please note that we DO NOT charge any VAT fees. Do note that you will be responsible for the payment of any import taxes or duties that are incurred. 

For more information on taxes/duties/customs regulations, please contact your local customs office to find out more about your country's import taxes.

♥Shipping♥

If you chose the untracked shipping option, it is impossible for us to track where your order currently is.

If your order is tracked and has not arrived even after a long period of time, we highly encourage you to contact your local post office/courier on it's whereabouts as your package is out of our control once it has been shipped.  

♥Lost Mail♥

We are not responsible for late/lost mail. Strictly no refunds will be made. Thank you for understanding!

♥Return Mail♥

If your order gets returned to us, the customer will be liable to pay the additional shipping fees to resend the order. In the case of a refund due to return mail, we will only be refunding the cost of the items and not the shipping cost.

♥Damaged/Missing Items♥

In the event that you receive damaged/missing items, do reach out to us ASAP via email at zelzeruru@gmail.com or via instargram at @zelzeruru.

♥Processing time & Estimated delivery timings♥

In general, orders will be processed within 7 working days.

Singapore: 3 - 8 business days
International: 7 - 30 business days

♥Return and refund policy♥

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. However, if there are any issues, please contact us via email at zelzeruru@gmail.com or via instargram at @zelzeruru and we will do our best to work something out.
